Purchasing a pattern from Desert Rose Designs is easy, quick and secure.
Purchasing a single PDF pattern - Ravelry Download: Click on the “Buy Now - Ravelry Download” button to purchase an individual pdf pattern for download to your computer or saving in your Ravelry library. You will receive a confirmation email containing instructions and the link to download the pattern. You do not need to be a member of Ravelry to purchase a pattern with this link.
Purchasing multiple PDF patterns in one transaction: Click on the “Add to Cart” button if you would like to purchase several patterns in the same transaction. After successfully completing the sale checkout process you will receive a confirmation email containing the links to download the patterns. Each link is valid for three downloads. Please save the pdf file to your computer.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout if applicable.
Payments are processed through PayPal - major credit cards and e-checks are accepted.
(E-checks must clear before download links are provided for PDF patterns or other items are shipped).

Purchasing Books & Notions: Once your payment verification has been received, items will be generally shipped within 48 business hours. Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. While reasonable care is taken to prevent damage in shipping, Desert Rose Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Tangible items may be purchased in a single transaction with downloadable pdf patterns via the “Add to Cart” buttons. Stitch markers sets are one-of-a-kind items. If a set has been sold you will not be able to add it to your cart. Stitch marker listings are updated as soon as possible after a set(s) has been sold.

PDF Patterns: Purchases of PDF patterns that have been downloaded are non-refundable.
Books & Notions: Please contact me regarding returns/refunds on books and notions. Refunds will only be given with prior arrangement & return of the item(s) in original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Desert Rose Designs does not sell or otherwise share our customer’s information in any way with any other entity.
